14106 - Scrum Master (onsite) – West Palm Beach, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in West Palm Beach, FL (required);
• Experience as Scrum Master with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects (5 years);
• Experience in Jira administration, including customization and project management capabilities;
• Experience with databases, such as SQL and Oracle;
• Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or similar;
• Experience with commercial software platforms, including SAP and Salesforce;
• Experience with agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe;
• Experience with the enterprise software development lifecycle and DevOps practices;
• CSM Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification.
Preferred:
• Experience with ERP implementations and CRM platforms;
• Experience with enterprise architecture and system integrations;
• Experience in the energy or utilities industry;
• Advanced certifications in Jira and project management.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in agile best practices;
• Oversee sprint planning, manage complex project workflows using Jira;
• Lead cross-functional teams in large-scale enterprise solution implementation;
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain productivity across workstreams;
• Coach teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement;
• Track and report key metrics using Jira and other tools;
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
