Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 9+ months with possible renewal
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
 
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, or enterprise risk management roles (5-7 years);
• Experience with ServiceNow platform, including at least 2 years working with ServiceNow GRC modules (BCM, Risk Management, or Policy & Compliance) (3-5 years);
• Experience in enterprise software implementation and integration projects, preferably with ServiceNow or similar platform technologies;
• Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving organizational change;
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform Architecture;
• Experience with Business Continuity Standards (ISO 22301, NFPA 1600, and industry-specific regulatory frameworks);
• Experience with Risk Management Methodologies;
• Experience with IT Infrastructure and Services;
• Experience with Integration Technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise system connectivity);
• Experience in Workflow Automation;
• Experience in Data Analysis and Reporting;
• Experience in System Integration;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field.
 
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the enterprise-wide deployment of the ServiceNow BCM module, including customization, configuration, and alignment with organizational requirements;
• Connect BCM with existing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and third-party platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency;
• Create custom forms, business rules, UI policies, and automated workflows such as RTO/RPO calculations, plan maintenance, and approval processes;
• Utilize CMDB integration to identify critical IT services, dependencies, and single points of failure, ensuring accurate business impact analysis (BIA);
• Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials; conduct workshops and training sessions for all user levels;
• Track system performance, implement feedback mechanisms, and manage enhancement workflows to improve BCM processes and functionality;
• Generate regular reports, maintain version control, and perform assigned administrative tasks to support BCM program operations.
