Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami Gardens, FL (required); • Experience in project management; • Experience developing and execute impactful promotional strategies; • Campaign coordination experience in marketing, utility, digital payments, or customer engagement domains.
Responsibilities: •Lead various campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment in electronic billing and payment options. •Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative content for promotional campaigns. •Coordinate with technical teams to integrate bill and promotional messaging across billing communications. •Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance, monitor enrollments, and identify discontinue requests. •Develop strategies to optimize performance across all enrollment channels. •Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating robust negotiation and analytical skills. •Apply strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives
