14069 - Client Support Analyst, Retail Energy (onsite) – Houston, TX

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Houston, TX (required);
• Experience as Client Support Analyst (2+ years);
• Experience supporting post-deal client and broker inquiries within deregulated energy markets
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Billing, and Regulatory teams to resolve post-contract issues
• A High School Grad / GED
Preferred
• Experience with Financial Analysis;
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
• A Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
• Support post-deal client, broker, and sales inquiries across most deregulated energy markets
• Resolve operational issues including enrollment rejections, billing inquiries, commission questions, early termination scenarios, tax exemptions, and regulatory complaints
• Act as a primary post-deal liaison between Brokers, Sales, Operations, Billing, and Regulatory teams
• Conduct operational research and analysis to identify root causes and recommend resolutions
• Navigate and manage customer lifecycle activities following contract execution
• Proactively engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
• Provide regular status updates and escalations to leadership in accordance with SLAs
