Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in Agile project leadership, preferably in cybersecurity or IT governance (5+ years);
• Experience with PMO structures and executive reporting.
• Experience in JIRA, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with dashboarding tools and agile metrics tracking.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of workflows and templates for executive communication.
• Implement an Agile-aligned reporting framework for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and weekly stand-ups.
• Define and operationalize intake, prioritization, and escalation processes for the Cybersecurity PMO.
• Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and governance models.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure documentation is complete.
