14034 - Master Data Analyst (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 3 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL.
• Experience in master data management (3+ years);
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data quality tools;
• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Maximo preferred);
• Experience with data governance principles and best practices;
• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred:
• Experience in utility or energy industry;
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS);
• Experience with metadata management tools;
• Experience with data privacy and security requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the integrity, quality, and governance of critical master data across NextEra Energy's enterprise systems;
• Support the Digital Thread initiative by establishing and maintaining high-quality, validated master data that enables data-driven insights and strategic decision-making across all business units;
• Implement and monitor master data quality standards across SAP, Maximo, CIS, and other enterprise systems;
• Develop data validation rules and quality metrics to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data stewards to resolve data quality issues and establish remediation processes;
• Support compliance requirements and regulatory reporting through accurate master data management;
• Design and maintain master data models for customers, assets, locations, vendors, and materials.
