14030 - Project Coordinator, Solar Construction (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Onsite. Must be willing to work long shifts (10-12 hours per day), including nights and weekends, as required by the project schedule
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site at Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience with solar construction and commissioning projects (6-15 years);
• Experience in a supervisory or leader role in a renewable plant environment (5+ years);
• Experience coordinating QA/QC activities
• High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
• Technical degree or trade certification
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
Responsibilities:
• Assist in tasks related to activities involving negotiations, contract documents, and other legal/regulatory proceeding with regard to the wholesale power and natural gas business and related commercial transactions
• Review contractual agreements or proposed amendments for conformity to company policies or recommendations
• Generate outgoing contracts, amendments, and confirmations to trading partners
Maintain accurate records, coordinate and track incoming and outgoing documents and manage and maintain contract/counterparty database.
• Assist with Proforma development (including assumption validation) and complete reporting as needed.
• Oversee the execution of solar repower construction activities
• Coordinate QA/QC activities
