Required:
• Experience as Project Manager (5+ years)
• Experience with utility-scale solar project management or engineering experience OR renewable/BESS/energy projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance/Accounting or Equivalent Experience
Preferred
• Experience in related engineering and construction of renewable energy projects
• Experience with electricity markets, renewables, and/or battery projects
• PMP Certification
• Experience with Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activity at the right time to meet project schedule.
• Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, interconnection, etc., to ensure all project variables are identified and incorporated.
• Develop the project’s technical scope.
• Optimize project variables to improve both technical and financial feasibility.
• Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations.
• Support development teams with jurisdictional needs.· Coordinate engineering, estimating and procurement requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Lead all pre‑construction activities from development handoff through execution turnover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and risk alignment.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers for multiple concurrent solar repower projects.
• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering design (electrical, civil, structural, mechanical) and drive design optimization for repower integration into existing assets.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance, working with environmental teams, utilities, and local authorities to secure all required approvals.
• Support procurement and contract management, including equipment specifications, vendor qualification, safe harbor compliance, and DDP delivery coordination.
• Manage financial tracking and reporting, including cost forecasts, capitalization processes, and coordination with finance for funding and closeout.
• Lead stakeholder communication and project governance, conducting project meetings, reporting status and risks to senior leadership, and coordinating handoff to operations and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility is to take ownership of assigned Solar projects while working collaboratively with your Regional Lead to actively manage projects through the Early-Stage process in preparation for turnover to the Construction team.
• Daily management of each assigned Solar project is all-encompassing. You are responsible for delivering a technically feasible, schedule appropriate, commercially supported, and financially viable project.
• Analyze technical and financial data, extrapolate notable variables, indicators, and trends as related to the assigned Solar projects.
• Support in the creation of, take ownership over, and actively manage assigned Solar project capital budget.
