14022 - Project Support Specialist (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in Project Coordination;
• Experience managing contracts, invoices, purchase orders and compliance documents.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project team to organize and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and ensure deadlines and milestones are met;
• Handle paperwork including contracts, invoices, purchase orders and compliance documents, and ensure they are accurately filed and accessible to those who need them;
• Assist in tracking purchase order budgets and processing invoices;
• Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders including vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams;
• Facilitate the flow of information between various parties involved in the project;
• Tackle any issues that arise during projects proactively, providing solutions and escalating to senior management or project managers as needed;
• Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, assisting in report preparation, and maintaining project records.
