14020 - Content Creation Resource (onsite) - Miami, FL

Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid (3-4 days per week onsite)

Required:
• Experience with all Microsoft Tools;
• Experience creating MP4 videos to post on all social media platforms (except TikTok);
• Experience creating graphics/animation;
• Experience doing voiceovers for PowerPoint;
• Experience with video editing for internal and external content;
• Experience creating short-form videos/reels optimized for specific platforms;
• Experience recording, utilizing approved AI platforms, or sourcing professional voiceovers as needed;
• Experience designing engaging lower-thirds, titles, and simple motion graphics;
• Experience with grammar and writing for scripts, captions, and on-screen text with minimal revisions needed.

Preferred:
• Experience creating educational media/videos.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Communications and Training Department with Video and Content Creation;
• Create, edit, and finalize MP4 videos and short-form content optimized for social media platforms (excluding TikTok), ensuring brand alignment and message clarity;
• Develop engaging lower-thirds, titles, animations, and simple motion graphics to enhance video storytelling and maintain visual consistency;
• Record or source professional voiceovers for PowerPoint and video content using approved tools or AI platforms, ensuring clarity and quality of narration;
• Craft clear, grammatically sound scripts, captions, and on-screen text with minimal need for revision, maintaining tone and style appropriate for internal and external audiences;
• Work closely with the Communications and Training Department to brainstorm and implement creative ideas that elevate the quality and engagement of content;
• Oversee the full production process of educational and promotional media, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with project objectives.
