Sr Technical Product Owner (onsite)

14010 - Senior Technical Product Owner (onsite) – Miami, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing Client
Work Setting: Hybrid in Miami.

Required:
• Availability to work onsite in Miami (required);
• Experience in product or program management, or technology (5+ years);
• Experience in Software or Engineering;
• Experience supporting Polar (Reservation);
• Experience creating 3-5 years plans;
• Experience functioning as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager;
• Experience with managing successful, ambitious and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams;
• Experience defining strategy, owning a roadmap, and driving execution;
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery;
• Experience with modernizing legacy applications and cloud technology;
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile;
• Experience with data analysis using SQL, and BI tools like PowerBI;
Experience with modernizing legacy applications, cloud technology, industry experience;  
Reservation or E-commerce system experience;
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 

Responsibilities:
• Own and drive a strategic vision and roadmap, with long-term goals;
• Define and socialize new product features to elevate the customer experience;
• Propose and incorporate feedback from senior leaders on an ongoing basis to ensure the roadmap meets customer needs and business objectives through a multi-year plan;
• Train newer Technical Product Owners on product definition and be assigned complex cross-functional projects contributing to broader business outcomes;
• Define how to measure success and own reporting on KPIs, recommendations that use data to optimize them, and execute on recommendations;
• Define, own, and execute the roadmap, leading discovery sessions, requirements gathering, business impact estimation, and cost calculation for features and services;
• Lead application modernization, including re-architecture and cloud migration.
