14004 – Salesforce Business Analyst (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration:6 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required). • Experience with SalesforceBusiness Process Analysis & Requirement Gathering (3 years); • Experience using Jira as ticketing system; • Experience with Confluence; • Experience testing in sandbox environment, UAT, production and training users; • Experience with other 3rd party apps related to Salesforce and Salescloud (e.g.: ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), Improved apps; RingLead).
Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes; • Gather business requirements; • Perform testing; • Conduct data analysis/reporting; • Support the client’s Development Business Operations team for the Salesforce CRM platform; • Collaborate with business units and IT colleagues in an agile process; • Weekly or biweekly sessions with stakeholders, be a part of the discussions and lead them. Take notes, might also be doing demonstrations and training that team.
