Required: • Availability to work occasionally at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required); • Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or a related field, preferably within a global organization (7+ years); • Experience with IEC-62443 • Experience in supporting different groups, project coordination • Business analytics experience • Experience with Project Deployments • Experience with Risk or governance focused • Experience with international cybersecurity regulations and industry standards such as IMO, IACS, ISM Code, etc. • Experience in supporting the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and strategies. (ISO 62443, NIST) • Experience with cybersecurity compliance technologies and tools. • Project management experience. • Experience in Maritime Industry Operations and OT Systems. • Experience with incident response protocols. • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred: • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or compliance; • Advanced degree in a related field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Assist in the development and implementation of global maritime cybersecurity compliance frameworks and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. • Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance risks related to cyber safety across the global fleet. • Ensure adherence to international cybersecurity regulations and industry standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and Maritime Technical Operations, to develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures. • Participate in incident response efforts for compliance-related cybersecurity incidents, including investigation, containment, and recovery. • Conduct regular cybersecurity audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with established standards. • Assist in the development and delivery of cybersecurity compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
