13989 - M365 Technical Lead (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience in designing, building, and deploying innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint and Teams;
• Experience in providing technical guidance and expertise on M365 projects, including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate;
• Experience serving as a technical lead, overseeing project development, and ensuring adherence to best practices;
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable M365 solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical guidance and expertise on M365 projects, including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate;
• Serve as the technical lead, overseeing project development, ensuring adherence to best practices, and addressing technical challenges;
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment;
• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable M365 solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions;
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to keep projects on track;
• Identify and resolve potential risks or bottlenecks to ensure project success.
