13987 - Enterprise and Permitting Licensing Developer (Onsite) – Miami, FL

Estimated Duration: 6+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience with Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (formerly EnerGov) software and solution development/configuration, including configuration of Land Management, Case Management, Licensing, Enforcement, and Civic Access Portal;
• Experience with programming and systems analysis;
• Experience with Workflow, business process steps and actions, including output actions, Automatic Logic (IO), and fee configuration;
• Experience with SQL (creating, troubleshooting views, functions, and stored procedures);
• Experience with database triggers and data transformation;
• Experience with report writing (SSRS and Power BI);
• Experience with business analysis to translate into Workflow actions;
• Experience providing technical training to in-house developers in the use and configuration of modules being configured;
• Experience in government agencies or organizations managing or implementing large-scale vendor solutions.
Preferred:
• Experience in government agencies or organizations managing large-scale data migrations and system integrations.
Responsibilities:
• Support various initiatives for RER's Enterprise & Permitting Licensing (formerly EnerGov) implementation;
• Streamline functions and optimize service delivery;
• Reduce administrative inefficiencies and strengthen plans review and enforcement measures;
• Optimize code compliance, planning, platting, and zoning business processes to leverage new product functionality and address departmental organizational changes;
• Collaborate with County and vendor teams for successful project execution;
• Provide technical training to in-house developers;
• Streamline planning, zoning, and compliance functions to improve service delivery and reduce administrative inefficiencies within the RER Enterprise & Permitting Licensing project.
