Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required); • Experience with C# in object-oriented programming (OOP), .NET framework, debugging, and writing clean, maintainable code; •Experience with core JavaScript and jQuery concepts, DOM manipulation, asynchronous programming, and AJAX for dynamic web interactions •Experiencein Oracle and SQL, PL/SQL, query optimization, and writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and database normalization for structured data management •Experienceimplementing MVC architecture, routing, and security best practices to streamline development workflows; •Experience with Windows application development, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and authentication mechanisms for secure system integrations • Experiencewith ETL processes, data transformations, performance tuning in SSIS, and designing, deploying, and integrating reports in SSRS for efficient data reporting •Experiencemodernizing and integrating multiple applications, supporting county-wide permitting and review processes, and migrating legacy systems (PEN, MS Access, Mainframe) into modern platforms •Experienceworking with automated workflows, develop customer-facing applications, and implement online submission, tracking, invoicing, payments, and ECM integration for enhanced operational efficiency
Preferred: •Experienceworking in government agencies or organizations managing large-scale data migrations and system integrations
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: •Transition legacy systems (PEN, MS Access, Mainframe) into GoldKey, ensuring data integrity and validation throughout the migration process. •Embed Impervious Surface Reviews into Paving & Drainage workflows. •Optimize the Building Permit process. •Implement automated workload assignment features. •Facilitate compliance with impervious surface review regulations, environmental and historical preservation requirements, and municipal Sewer Extension Permits. •Develop customer-facing applications. •Implement online submission, tracking, invoicing, payments, and ECM integration for enhanced operational efficiency.
