13984 – Business Analyst (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 9 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in Business Process Analysts and systems analysis (5+ years);
• Experience in process mapping/modeling with tools such as Visio;
• Experience in data migration;
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferred:
• Experience working with Microsoft DevOps;
• Experience in Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code;
• Experience in change and release management;
• Experience with testing and quality assurance tools and techniques;
• Agile project experience and use of Azure DevOps to manage user requirements and backlogs;
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Owner (CSO), CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMP, ITIL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Research and understand Government business processes and their inter-relationships;
• Document and diagram business and system processes and dependencies between them;
• Research and document impacts on agency business systems;
• Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units;
• Gather and document business and technical requirements as user stories in Azure DevOps and other tools;
• Manage backlog and work items using Azure DevOps;
• Coordinate with data migration and development teams;
• Develop Test Plans and Test Cases.
