Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. This is a part-time project-based position (approx. 30 hours per week), with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2025, and a duration through June 2027.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Golden, CO (required);
• Experience in Organizational Change Management or Project Management (5+ years);
• Experience leading the change management workstream for enterprise-wide software implementations (2+ years);
• Experience guiding stakeholders through ambiguity and complex transitions;
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred:
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs (10+ years);
• Experience leading the change management workstream for a Workday implementation at an organization with over 10,000 employees;
• PROSCI Certification (e.g. Certified Change Management Practitioner), or similar credential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop and execute a structured change management plan using Prosci ADKAR methodology and the district's change management guidelines;
Coordinate strategies across communication, resistance management, coaching, sponsorship, and training;
Collaborate with Project Leadership Team (PLT) and Project Management Office (PMO) to build the case for change;
Coach district leaders and managers so they can successfully champion the Workday program;
Conduct impact analyses, change readiness assessments, and stakeholder mapping, reporting findings and recommendations to PLT and PMO;
Co-design and implement communication campaigns and training strategies, in partnership with the program's Training Lead and Communications team;
Identify and address adoption risks, barriers, and resistance.
