Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid with some days per week at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL

Required:
• Experience with IT and business/industry work (7+ years);
• Experience with document management, groupware products, email systems, or workflow products;
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM module;
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a systems development team
• Experience ensuring the quality and timely completion of deliverables
• Experience with providing technical and subject matter expertise in IT systems
• Experience with participating as a senior team member providing strategic advice
• Experience with planning, organizing, and executing tasks in support of project goals
• Experience with developing and defining strategic visions for systems or teams
• Experience with planning, directing, controlling, scheduling, and coordinating tasks
• Experience with providing customer interface in fulfillment of contract deliverables
• Experience with possessing authority and responsibility for technical work and staff supervision
• Experience with planning, organizing, and overseeing all subordinate staff and activities
• Experience with ensuring quality standards and work performance align with organizational goals
• Experience with organizing, directing, and managing support services and resources
• Experience with applying administrative, consultative, and technical expertise to projects
• Experience with planning, organizing, executing, and controlling complex technical projects
• Experience with interfacing with customers on a day-to-day basis for requirements and updates

Responsibilities:
• Develop and conduct test processes for multiple types of systems.
• Manage supervisors, project leads and/or technical staff.
• Communicate and clarify customer requirements, processes and understanding of technical concepts with functional owners of a business process/system.
• Work under the direction of senior level management.
• Perform tasks on site at DFS locations.
• Support systems development and business initiatives.
• Apply knowledge of business processes related to accounting, payroll, or financial management.
