Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Boca Raton, FL (required);
• IT work experience (5+ years);
• Experience managing projects (3+ years);
• Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions;
• Experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and methodologies;
• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects and managing vendor deliverables;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts;
• Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations;
• Responsible for assembling schedules, project management plans, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, and performing quality review;
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers;
• Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed;
• Manages multiple cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity;
• Assists Project Manager(s) and Program Manager(s) in partnering with senior management of the Business Units to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve and promote the goals of the client.
