Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Remote, with some onsite meetings.
Required:
• Experience in business analysis (5 years);
• Experience in working with complex IT software projects in a large organization (5+ years);
• Experience in collaboration with stakeholders from various departments and professional background, to define project scope, requirements, business goals and technical deliverables;
• UAT (user acceptance testing) experience;
• Experience with end-to-end software implementation from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, deployment, to support;
• Experience in developing test plans, scenarios, test cases for various types of testing, including working with and assisting end users during user acceptance testing;
• Experience with data migration including source-to-target mapping, documentation of transformation logic, and validation of migrated data across systems.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify and document detailed business requirements;
• Serve as a key member of a Scrum team, helping to refine user stories and ensure the backlog is prioritized effectively;
• Leading and facilitating effective requirements gathering sessions with business users and technical staff. Performing business process analysis, including understanding, mapping and documenting current and future state business processes, and working with stakeholders to identify and implement efficiencies and improvements;
• Develop detailed functional design documents and technical specifications for development teams;
• Assist in the development of test plans and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs;
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement traceability matrices and system manuals;
• Perform gap analysis to identify missing functionality and propose efficient technical solutions.
