13939 – Sr Business Analyst (onsite) – Miami, FL

Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience in Business Analysis with a focus on IT projects (7 years);
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management approaches;
• Experience with business intelligence tools, SQL, and data visualization.

Preferred:
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and understand existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity;
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including end-users, managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and meetings;
• Work closely with the project team to translate business requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system design for the configuration, customization, and overall implementation of the Catalis Benchmark system;
• Assist with testing activities including test planning, test case creation, and test execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the system;
• Identify risks and issues related to business analysis activities and proactively work to mitigate them;
• Escalate critical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;
• Assess business problems and develop solutions.
