13939 – Sr Business Analyst (onsite) – Miami, FL

Work Setting: Mostly remote. Must be available on short notice for unscheduled meetings. Must be located in South Florida.

Required:
• Experience in software implementation and business process analysis (5 years);
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
• Experience gathering business requirements;
• Experience documenting business processes;
• Experience in business analysis in complex implementation and integrated software solutions;
• Experience with data analysis tools including Power BI and Excel;
• Experience with data management and infrastructure;
• Experience with data models, SQL, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), and Microsoft Office Family;
• Experience translating business requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system design;
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:
• Identify risks and issues related to business analysis activities and work proactively to mitigate them. Escalate critical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;
• Collaborate with the technical team to design innovative and effective solutions that align with business goals;
• Analyze and understand the existing business processes within the organization;
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity;
• Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights and provide recommendations based on data analysis;
• Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and assisting with user acceptance testing;
• Manage project tasks related to business analysis activities using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
