Required: • Experience in incident resolution, report development, testing, assisting with enhancement and upgrades (5+ years); • Governmental experience in PeopleSoft modules related to Change Management / Training and understanding of the integration of same with other PeopleSoft integrations. • Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules; • Experience with testing procedures and processes; • Testing experience in agile design, build, and test mode. • Experience with integration test performance and data analysis. • Experience with Payroll applications within a public sector; • Experience with processes and documentations such as current procedures review, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes to application programs, system diagram,regular status updates, presentations etc.
Preferred: • Experience on task-relevant knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Follow Department IT processes and coordinate with other Department IT staff to ensure compliance with Department standards; • Define customer needs and objectives by working closely with other IT groups and customers; • Ensure processes and documentations such as current procedures review, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes to application programs, system diagram, regular status updates, presentations etc; • Develop standards, procedures, and documentation; • Devise and recommend short and long range plans for development and enhancement of hardware and production systems; • Maintain audit compliance with state requirements of central data systems, user accounts, backup/disaster recovery, and security of the data center; • Create and follow change management procedures for all network changes.
