Required: • Experience in incident resolution, report development, testing, assisting with enhancement and upgrades (5+ years); • Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules; • Experience with testing procedures and processes in an agile design, build, and test mode. • Experience with integration test performance and data analysis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Understand the integration of PeopleSoft modules related to Change Management / Training with other PeopleSoft integrations. • Conduct heavy testing in an agile design, build, and test mode. • Understand integration test performance and data analysis. • Ensure processes and documentations such as current procedures review, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes to application programs, system diagram, regular status updates, and presentations are conducted at the level appropriate for the project. • Resolve incidents. • Develop reports. • Assist with enhancement and upgrades.
