Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. Occasional travel to project sites for meetings, inspections, and collaboration with on-site teams.

Required:

For 18297, 18463 and 18468:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in project estimating with a focus on conceptual engineering and project design (2-5 years);
For 18297 and 18463:
• Experience in utility-scale energy projects, including renewable energy, power generation, and transmission infrastructure;
• Experience with engineering principles and practices;
• Experience with construction methods, materials, and equipment;
• Experience with industry standards and best practices in project estimating and cost management;
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Preferred:

For 18297 and 18463:
• Experience in field engineering or construction management (1-2 years);
• Experience with cost estimation software and tools (e.g., PlanSwift, WinEst, CostX, or similar);
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6;
• Master’s or Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
For 18297:
• Experience in project estimating, with a focus on conceptual engineering and project design (3+ years);

For 18463:
• Experience in project estimating (7 years);
• Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP);
For 18468:
• Solar experience (estimating, construction, engineering) or Construction experience;
• Engineering degree (civil and electrical) or construction management.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to work in a standard office environment;
• Occasional travel to project sites for meetings, inspections, and collaboration with on-site teams;
• Managing a portfolio of solar projects through the early-stage process until handoff to the construction team;
• Overseeing project feasibility, scheduling, commercial alignment, and financial viability for each assigned project;
• Analyzing technical and financial data to guide project planning and incorporate market trends;
• Coordinating permitting, engineering, budgeting, contracting, and scheduling activities across the project lifecycle;
• Managing and balancing capital budgets across individual projects and the broader portfolio.
