13896 - PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Business Analyst (onsite) – Austin, TX

Required:
• Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (8 years);
• Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations (8 years);
• Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts (8 years);
• Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces (8 years);
• Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) (8 years);
• Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting (8 years).
Preferred:
• Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) (4+ years);
• Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger (2+ years);
• Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system (2+ years);
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) (2+ years);
• Experience with SharePoint (2+ years);
• Experience with Jira (1+ year);
• Experience working with the Scrum framework (1+ year).
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and program functions to develop or modify computer programs;
• Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to assess feasibility of program changes;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using MS Teams in a large team setting;
• Support the development and implementation of software solutions that align with business requirements;
• Create detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required for program development or modification;
• Provide technical expertise to ensure system capabilities meet business needs;
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues during implementation.
