13896 – PeopleSoft FSCM Systems Analyst (onsite) – Austin, TX
Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration:12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: Position will be 4 days remote with 1 day (Thurs.) required to be onsite at the location listed above.
Required:
• Availability to work 1 day/week at the Client’s site in Austin, TX (required);
• Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects (8+ years); • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management (8+ years); • Experience as a Business Analyst in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations (8+ years); • Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing (8+ years); • Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) (8+ years); • Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team (8+ years).
Preferred: • Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) (4+ years); • Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials (2+ years); • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Control (2+ years); • Experience with SharePoint (2+ years); • Experience with Jira (1+ years); • Experience working with the Scrum framework (1+ years)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Analyze business objectives and problems to identify alternative solutions and perform cost/benefit analysis.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements, procedures, and operational challenges to improve or automate business processes.
• Collaborate with personnel across departments to understand current workflows and define input/output specifications, report formats, and system needs.
• Document detailed user needs and functional specifications for new or modified computer systems and programs.
• Assess system capabilities, limitations, and timelines to determine the feasibility of implementing requested changes within the existing infrastructure.
• Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, including fit-gap analysis and data mapping to legacy and third-party systems.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional, remote teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful system integration.
