13896 – PeopleSoft FSCM Systems Analyst (hybrid) – Austin, TX
Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration:12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: Position will be 4 days remote with 1 day (Thurs.) required to be onsite at the location listed above.
Required: • Availability to work 1 day/week at the Client’s site in Austin, TX (required); • Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (8+ years); • Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations (8+ years); • Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts (8+ years); • Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces (8+ years); • Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) (4+ years); • Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting (2+ years)
Preferred: • Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) (4+ years); • Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system (2+ years); • Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) (2+ years); • Experience with SharePoint (2+ years); • Experience with Jira (1+ years); • Experience working with the Scrum framework (1+ years); • Experience with STAT (1+ years).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: •Analyze business objectives and problems to identify alternative solutions and perform cost/benefit analysis. •Gather and evaluate user requirements, procedures, and operational challenges to improve or automate business processes. •Collaborate with personnel across departments to understand current workflows and define input/output specifications, report formats, and system needs. •Document detailed user needs and functional specifications for new or modified computer systems and programs. •Assess system capabilities, limitations, and timelines to determine the feasibility of implementing requested changes within the existing infrastructure. •Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, including fit-gap analysis and data mapping to legacy and third-party systems. •Communicate effectively with cross-functional, remote teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful system integration.
