13887 - Construction Manager - E&C (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL; TX; LA

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension.
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL; TX; LA;
• Experience with SCADA and fiber optics;
• Experience with electrical and fiber testing, IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOC’s, etc;
• Experience with Unifier;
• Experience with Request for Information (RFI) process with the EPC and site engineering.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site;
• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality and safety performance on the project;
• Manage walk downs of planned work, validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements, approve contractor payment requests, verify constructability, ensure proper resource allocations, assess field status and resolve issues as needed;
• Responsible for scope control, budget oversight, performance reporting, schedules and work in progress to ensure Construction Supervisors are effectively implementing their assignments and obtaining the desired results;
• Provide leadership and coaching to Construction Supervisors and supplemental workforce, communicating departmental, station and division goals and validating each performer’s ability to impact those goals;
• Understand all drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation;
• Verify that all drawings, submittals, and specifications are accurate.
