13881 – Test Lead (WFM/Telestaff)(Onsite) – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Fort Lauderdale, FL (required);
• Experience in testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience in managing complex testing projects
• Experience with testing tools and automation solutions
• Experience with Work Force Management or Telestaff systems
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead, mentor, and manages a team of selected testing group (Timekeepers, managers/supervisors, end users, super users), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Work Force Management and Telestaff modules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
• Build test cases, test scripts, and gather test data, ensuring thorough testing of all Work Force Management and Telestaff functionalities, including functional, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.
• Work closely with business analysts, the senior project manager, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business needs.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely communication of issues and status updates to stakeholders and the senior project manager.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing methodologies and tools, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to senior project manager and project team.
