13879 - IAM Business Analyst (Onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. With occasional travel is required to visit the assigned project locations and to support Development with local public hearings.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with analyzing business process and practices to design and implement IT solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives.
• Experience with assisting the NEE IT Cybersecurity NERC CIP Compliance team with operational Identity and Access Management (IAM) program related activities.
• Experience with working cross-functionally to deliver quality and timely outcomes.
• Experience with executing NEE's role lifecycle management program processes and IAM related activities such as IAM reviews/certifications.
• Experience with the creation and/or management of IAM program documentation and training.
• Experience with generating and gathering IAM related reports from different systems and performing analysis between different data sets.
• Experience with managing and updating IT process workflows and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), especially Excel DAX formulas and Power Query.
• Experience with performing data/process analysis to identify issues/anomalies or as part of operational controls.
Preferred:
• Experience with Identity and Access Management programs/teams;
• Experience with creating and designing Power BI files;
• Experience with NERC CIP Security standards requirements, especially CIP-004 requirements;
• Bachelor's degree, a plus if in a related field such as information security.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business process and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of IT solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives;
• Work with IT compliance analyst SMEs to help execute NEE's role lifecycle management program processes and IAM related activities;
• Create and/or manage IAM program documentation and training;
• Generate and gather IAM related reports from different systems and perform analysis between the different data sets;
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices;
• Solve complex problems and take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions;
• Lead functional teams or projects.
