13879 – Business Analyst (Onsite) – Miami, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience managing and updating IT process workflows and documentation;
• Experience performing data/ process analysis to identify issues/ anomalies or as part of the pre and post data migration activities.
• Bachelor’s degree, a plus if it is in a related field such as information security
Preferred:
• Experience working in Identity and Access Management programs/teams;
• Experience in the NERC CIP Security standards, especially CIP-004 requirements
Responsibilities:
• Be accountable for working cross-functionally to deliver quality and timely outcomes.
• Work with IT compliance analysts SMEs to help implement, create documentation, and training for the upcoming implementation of a new IAM Role Lifecycle Management solution, called the Access Matrix.
• Post implementation, the BA will help support related processes and help further analyze, create requirements, and implement process enhancements needed.
• Work with the IT compliance analysts SMEs on other compliance analysis and process improvement efforts revolving around the Identity and Access Management program.
