13872 - Cloud Solutions Architect (onsite) - Tallahassee, FL

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL. No telecommuting or hybrid schedules are allowed. Some travel may be required
Required:
• Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining application architectures, including cloud-based solutions using tools such as Azure and AWS;
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, C#, and R;
• Experience with web development tools and languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Experience with platform development using Microsoft Power Platform;
• Experience with Data Analysis & Statistics Software like SPSS, SAS, Power BI, and Tableau for complex data manipulation and visualization;
• Experience with managing Database Management Systems such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle PL/SQL;
• Experience with project management tools such as Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, monday.com, Smartsheet, and Git;
• Experience in integrating and troubleshooting complex software systems across
varied platforms and technologies;
• Experience with security principles and best practices relevant to application architecture and data security;
• Experience with virtualization, database, collaboration, and messaging technologies.
Preferred:
• Technical certifications in relevant areas such as cloud architecture, database management, or security (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Oracle Certified Professional).
Responsibilities:
• Provide design recommendations that align with the organization's long-term IT strategy;
• Develop and implement standards, procedures, and architectures for application development and code reuse;
• Lead projects that require deep technical knowledge across multiple areas;
• Ensure that applications integrate seamlessly across the business and deliver actionable insights;
• Maintain proficiency in state-of-the-art security and compliance tools;
• Articulate complex technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical team members;
• Offer proactive and reactive support to end-users by addressing complex support issues.
