Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Pensacola, FL, Dallas, Austin, TX (required);
• Experience in NERC operations and planning experience, or utility compliance (3+ years);
• Experience building and executing a NERC O&P compliance program (3+ years);
• Experience with 693 Operations; • Planning experience to provide immediate support to take workload of other team members;
• Proven experience with Excel, Word, SharePoint;
• Reliability audit experience;
• Experience with compliance software tools and platforms;
Preferred:
• Key role experience with a NERC regional entity or a regional transmission organization;
• Project management experience;
• Engineering degree.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, write, and implement compliance program procedures.
• Ensure adherence to North American standards and requirements, especially NERC standards.
• Prepare and maintain reliability audit worksheets.
• Blend and coordinate work with two direct reports who will assign tasks and collaborate closely.
• Coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives
• Directing, mentoring and coaching the lower level analysts
• Developing/modifying internal North American Electric Reliability Corporation's (NERC) procedures for Operations, and Planning as assigned
