13852 - Electrical Construction Technician (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Onsite with availability to travel anywhere around US.
Required:
• Availability to travel anywhere around US (required);
• Experience supervising electrical construction/installation on large projects;
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings, specs, and quality documents;
• Experience with SCADA, fiber optics, and electrical/fiber testing methods;
• Experience in electrical and fiber testing, IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOC’s, etc.
Responsibilities:
• To work collaboratively in a TEAM environment;
• To verify that all drawings, submittals, and specifications are accurate;
• Works collaboratively with the EPC, sub-contractors, NEER/FPL operations teams, and any others working on site;
• Reports daily, weekly and monthly on progress, quality control and safety;
• Learning and using Unifier to record, name, and upload of electrical installation QC photographs;
• Facilitates the Request for Information(RFI) process with the EPC and site engineering;
• Perform inspections of equipment being installed to verify it’s done correctly and per the scope of work and specifications.
