13838 - IT Asset Administrator (Onsite) - Boca Raton, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Boca Raton, FL (required);
• IT experience (5-7 years);
• Experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Mgmt. Module (ITAM) (3 years);
• Experience with Asset Management (3+ years);
• Experience working within a data center environment (3+ years);
• Experience in an IT Operations role (3+ years);
• Experience with IT Ticketing and Asset Management applications like ServiceNow;
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle;
• Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs;
• Available off-hours when needed
Preferred:
• Hardware/Software Asset Management experience;
• Certifications (CHAMP, CSAM, etc.)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software, and peripherals, tracking asset details such as serial numbers, purchase dates, locations, and assigned users;
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets—from procurement and deployment to decommissioning and disposal—ensuring compliance with organizational policies;
• Conduct regular audits to verify asset inventory, monitor usage trends, and identify upgrade or replacement needs to optimize costs;
• Ensure software license compliance and adherence to vendor agreements; implement security protocols related to asset management;
• Collaborate with procurement teams and stakeholders to support asset purchasing, deployment, and training initiatives;
• Generate reports on asset utilization, cost analysis, and compliance status; recommend improvements to asset management strategies;
• Configure and manage the ServiceNow ITAM module, including asset records, workflows, user access, and service catalog items
