13806 - Field Supervisor (Remote with travel) - Juno Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Remote with travel to project sites across the US
Required:
• Availability to work remote with willingness to travel and work on-site when vendors and contractors are present (required);
• Experience in construction, particularly with electrical installations;
• Experience with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures;
• Experience in OSHA, electrical, and construction standards.
Preferred:
• Previous military experience (e.g., Navy electricians or engineers).
Responsibilities:
• Act as the daily point of contact for third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals;
• Ensure all site activities follow established plans, procedures, and safety standards including OSHA, electrical, and construction regulations;
• Supervise the installation and testing of electrical components such as cables, conduits, splices, underground locates, and foundations;
• Promote on-site safety and ensure compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures to protect personnel and equipment;
• Maintain daily logs, capture progress photos, and provide updates to the Construction Manager, Project Manager, and site leadership;
• Adhere to scheduled work hours (Monday to Friday, 7 AM–4 PM) and remain flexible for weekend work as needed;
• Travel nationwide to project sites for assignments lasting 4 to 6 months, providing consistent on-site oversight throughout each deployment.
