13803 - Salesforce Developer, Administrator (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with Salesforce and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs;
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes via technology and integration;
• Experience with object-oriented databases and systems;
• Experience developing requirements for applications based on user input and needs;
• Experience assisting in the development of Lightning Web Components;
• Development experience with Sales Cloud, as well as Community Cloud and SSO;
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Preferred:
• Experience performing backend data integration such as HTTP, Web Services;
• Experience implementing Conga Composer Document Generation Solutions;
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce/APEX, Unit Test Development, JSON, and XML;
• Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks;
• Review and adjust system settings for proper visibility and security;
• Manage sandboxes and deployments using Gearset;
• Perform administrative tasks such as user provisioning, page layouts, flows, maintenance or creation of custom objects, custom fields, validations, workflows, e-mail templates, and data-loads;
• Maintain an excellent quality standard for projects delivered to customers;
• Support training for new and existing employees on how to use system functionality;
• Assist in duplicate and dirty data management, as well as cleaning up unused fields, reports, and dashboards.
