Work Setting: Hybrid
Required:
• Availability to work occasionally at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience with identity and access management technologies (10+ years).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory as an administrator (5+ years);
• Mainframe provisioning experience;
• Experience with Certificate Management as an administrator (4+ years)
Preferred:
• Experience with creating strategy and working across boundaries to improve the security posture for the organization;
• Management/leadership experience;
• Experience with operating directory systems in a complex global organization.
• Experience with technical solution designs and architecture, and leadership for implementing security capabilities and security controls.
• Experience with developing and supporting solutions.
• IT and Security certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Or an advanced degree.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead a team of 3-15 global resources and/or contractors and act as the local IAM Operations leader for brands in North America.
• Create, maintain and drive technology strategies and roadmaps within IAM.
• Partner with application teams, compliance, end users, and support/operations groups to plan and drive the implementation of the technology and its capabilities.
• Responsible for the architecture of the technology, e.g., multi-factor authentication and single sign-on, web access management, certificate templates, and certificate management.
• Drive the development of identity and access specifications, standards, and processes to ensure adequate protection of the enterprise network.
• Design the identity and access solutions for applications or systems, and/or provide expertise and consulting to the project teams on identity and access controls needed.
• Utilize or develop reusable patterns, practices, and enterprise IAM processes that fit within the overall architectural blueprint
