Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 4 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in conducting complex operational analyses.
• Experience in directing, mentoring, and coaching analysts.
• Experience with statistical analyses.
• Experience in leading medium to large project teams.
• Experience with data management and reporting

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with sales stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives. 
• Collaborate with IT developers and vendors to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications. 
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide sales teams with actionable insights and performance metrics. 
• Act as the liaison between the IT department and sales teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into sales IT strategies.
