Sr Security Compliance Analyst (hybrid)

13702 - Senior Analyst, IT Compliance (Hybrid) – Miami, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing Client
Work Setting: Hybrid, employees are requited to work from the office in South Florida Tuesday - Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays.

Required:
• Availability to work at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience in Information Technology and Information Security/Compliance, focusing on executing compliance frameworks and programs (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA) (5+ years);
• Information/Cybersecurity and Compliance experience meeting IT GCs (5+ years);
• Experience with technology project management, including building processes, controls, operating procedures, and guidelines (5+ years);
• Audit experience;
• Evidence and Testing experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT compliance, audit, or a related area.

Preferred:
• Experience with OneTrust;
• Experience with Risk Assessments or Risk frameworks;
• CISSP, CCEP, or CISA equivalent;
• Training in Project Management, Product Management, or Agile approach;
• Master’s degree.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure IT practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOX, PCI);
• Facilitate compliance of applications and infrastructure;
• Conduct assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks related to regulatory requirements;
• Monitor ongoing compliance activities, track regulatory changes, and prepare reports;
• Conduct internal assessments and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement;
• Assess the compliance of vendors and third-party service providers;
• Review and provide input to update IT policies, procedures, and standards to address compliance requirements.
