Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL;
• Experience in digital strategy, user experience, or a related field (3+ years); • Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and methodologies such as design thinking, experience blueprinting, and insight synthesis; • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including other business units and IT stakeholders
Responsibilities:
• Conduct benchmarking, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to inform design decisions;
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research, developing personas and journey maps;
• Identify challenges through root cause analysis and propose experience improvements;
• Collaborate on blueprinting and value modeling to enhance solution impact;
• Synthesize insights, present findings, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders;
• Support discovery, research phases, and partner report-outs to drive strategic vision;
• Work with Experience Architecture and cross-functional teams to align application strategy.
