13644 – Insider Threat Director (hybrid, 3 days/week onsite, 25% travel) – Miami, FL

Type: Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing Client
Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite), 25% travel
Required:
• Availability to work 3 days/week at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience in Cybersecurity (10 years)
• Experience in a leadership role focused on insider threat management (5 years)
• Experience in Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools, user behavior analytics (UBA), and other relevant technologies.
Preferred:
• Experience in risk management, security, or a related field, with a focus on insider threats (10 years)
• Experience understanding of insider threat frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience in networking, cloud, system administration, and AI-related risks.
• Experience creating security training, phishing programs, and managing LMS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in degrees relevant to IT
• CISSP, CISM, CISA
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop and oversee a global insider risk management program, including policies, procedures, and controls to detect and respond to insider threats.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with security operations to oversee monitoring systems and detect suspicious activities.
• Lead investigations into insider incidents, coordinating with departments and external agencies as needed.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on insider risks.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, and other departments for a comprehensive approach.
• Provide updates and reports to senior leadership on trends, incidents, and program improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the program's effectiveness.
