13562 – Project Manager/Sr. Business Analyst (hybrid) – Homestead, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 3 days in office / 2 days offsite
Required:
• Experience working as a Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst;
• Experience implementing Tyler Technology EPL or Accela Permitting software;
• Experience with the implementation of a Permitting, Licensing, Code Compliance, Online Payment, and Electronic Plans Review project;
• Experience Gathering requirements, business process mapping, and assisting w/the configuration, writing user guides, and testing of workflows;
• Experience working in an Agile environment
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of permitting, licensing, code compliance, online payment, and electronic plans review solutions;
• Gather requirements, map business processes, and support configuration within the system;
• Develop and document user guides, technical specifications, and user stories;
• Facilitate testing and validation of workflows to ensure alignment with project goals;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment;
• Oversee both project management and business analysis tasks to ensure timely delivery;
• Provide ongoing support and updates on project progress and requirements.
