13562 – Project Manager/Sr. Business Analyst (hybrid) – Homestead, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid, 3 days in office / 2 days offsite, after working onsite 5 days a week at first.
Required:
• Experience working as a Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst;
• Permitting experience (Building/Construction permits, Environmental Permits, Parking, Electrical, Electronic Plan reviews, etc.);
• Experience with implementing Tyler Technology EPL, Accela, Infor or other Permitting applications;
• Experience Gathering requirements, business process mapping, and assisting w/the configuration, writing user guides, testing of workflows;
• Experience working in an Agile environment
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of permitting, licensing, code compliance, online payment, and electronic plans review solutions;
• Gather requirements, map business processes, and support configuration within the system;
• Develop and document user guides, technical specifications, and user stories;
• Facilitate testing and validation of workflows to ensure alignment with project goals;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment;
• Oversee both project management and business analysis tasks to ensure timely delivery;
• Provide ongoing support and updates on project progress and requirements.
