Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, finance, business or other applicable.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives utilizing best practices category management methodology (“six- “or “seven-step process”) with expertise in influencing business strategy and supplier relations (5+ years); • Experience with financial cost analysis, should cost and total cost of ownership, working knowledge of eRFX tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with software, hardware, technology architecture, telecom/satellite and maintenance services.
• Experience leading hardware, software, professional/managed services, telecom, cloud services Preferred:
• Certifications: CPSM or CPM
• Master’s degree a plus
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute sourcing strategies for IT, software, hardware, and telecom categories to drive value and cost savings across North America and Australia brands.
• Perform comprehensive supplier due diligence, risk assessments, and market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Negotiate multi-million dollar contracts with senior-level suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze spend data across commodities and vendors, utilizing Excel and eRFX tools, to drive cost-effective sourcing decisions and support financial goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders across brands to understand business needs, develop sourcing initiatives, and maintain effective supplier relationships.
