13509 – Sr Cybersecurity PMO Director (hybrid with some travel) – Miami, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing Client
Work Setting: 3 days a week onsite. Travel: once a year to near shore office (Mexico or Costa Rica)
Required:
• Experience as a portfolio manager or PMO lead capacity (10+ years);
• Experience in a formal training in project management;
• Experience with PMO and IT Operations;
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
• Experience with Creating and Implementing Department Processes and Procedures;
• Experience with Organizational Change Management as it relates to supporting technology projects and processes;
• Experience with portfolio financial planning and accounting;
• Experience with the RFP process, vendor contracts and vendor management;
• Experience managing a large a geographically dispersed team of global resources;
• Bachelor’s degree in degree in Business or Project Management is required. An advance degree is highly desirable, particularly an MBA.
• PMP, Six Sigma or Scrum Master certifications.
Preferred:
• Experience operating as a shared service entity;
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams a plus. Background in the Cybersecurity, IT, or Cruise Industry
• Technical or cybersecurity certifications is a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide strategic and operational IT leadership, fostering collaboration across brands and executive levels.
• Build trust and facilitate consensus through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Navigate organizational politics effectively while communicating persuasively with leadership and peers.
• Lead technology planning, project management, team development, and service metrics for organizational success.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of application development, implementation, and operations support.
• Develop budgets, manage expenses, and create accurate forecasts to align with business objectives.
• Lead project managers and oversee a large project portfolio, including vendor management and accountability.
