14034 – Business Process Consultant (hybrid option) – Tallahassee, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Local candidates are preferred, and hybrid work may be considered.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• IT business/industry work experience (10+ years);
• Experience in performing business analyses on IT projects (7+ years);
• Experience managing large, software development programs/projects (3+ years);
• Experience creating process model diagrams;
• Experience translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptance criteria.
Preferred:
• Experience conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discuss business processes;
• Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques;
• Experience in business process re-engineering;
• Experience deriving business processes and requirements from analyzing process and system documentation;
• Experiences translating notes from meetings and written materials into process models and/or process flow models;
• Experience to create a dictionary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Prepare deliverables identified by the Client’s Manager, within the timeframe Specified;
• Communicate relevant to project teams and stakeholders in a timely manner;
• Facilitate meetings throughout the term of the ;
• Address project team conflict and communication problems proactively;
• Review required documentation evidencing the deliverable for completeness and correctness before submitting it to the Project Team and Stakeholders;
• Obtain acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Manager and appropriate Stakeholders
