12468 – Business Analyst (hybrid) –Miami, FL

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration:  months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid (May be required to come into the office if manager deemed necessary)

Required:
• Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Miami, FL;
• Experience in software implementation and business process analysis (5+ years);

• Experience in working with complex IT software projects in a large organization using Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
• Experience with Data Analysis Tools (Power BI and Excel);
• Experience with Data Management and Infrastructure;
• Experience with data migration, data modeling;
• Experience with SQL

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Translate business requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system design through interviews, workshops, and meetings.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide actionable business insights based on data analysis to support strategic software integration and architectural design.
• Conduct system testing, including functional and integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability.
• Manage project tasks related to business analysis using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery through progress tracking and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers, providing regular updates, status reports, and presentations.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, conduct post-implementation reviews, and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.
