Customer Support Analyst (onsite)

12696 – Customer Support Analyst (onsite) – Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Ft. Lauderdale, FL (required);
• IT experience with demonstrated working knowledge of basic to moderately complex hardware and software products and problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills (2-4 years);
• Experience with Audio Visual (AV) and Video Conference (VC) support;
• Experience reserving, setting up, and troubleshooting of AV and VC equipment;
• Experience coordinating/participating in projects like the Personal Computer Replacement Project, Memory Upgrade Project, and Operating System Upgrade Project;
• Experience supporting software applications such as Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and various off-the-shelf and Department developed applications;

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Monitors Service Desk queue and resolves support tickets;
• Documents work performed and resolution(s);
• Identify, analyze, and resolve problems and issues through the use of troubleshooting tools and techniques as well as teamwork;
• Provide a high level of customer service by providing status and information to the customer;
• Assign service desk tickets to the appropriate technician or group for proper resolution and ensure all Service Level Agreements are met on time;
• Performs advanced troubleshooting to determine the cause of the problem;
• Participate on statewide teams, both internal and external, etc.
