12354 – Customer Support Technician (Onsite) – Ocoee, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% on Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Requirements:
• Availability to work at the Client’s site in Ocoee, FL (required);
• IT work experience in computer systems or support with demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills (1+ years);
• Mobile Device Support experience;
• Audio Visual Support (Microsoft Teams Rooms certified equipment) experience;
• Active Directory experience;
• Service Center Configuration Manager (MECM) experience;
• Travel to remote locations to provide support, as needed;
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred:
• Virtual Meeting Applications experience (MS Teams, Zoom, GoTo, etc. ;
• IT Enterprise environment experience;
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Configure and deploy Information Technology resources, which include but are not limited to
desktops, laptops, printers, plotters, and mobile devices;
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment,
using proven troubleshooting procedures;
• Assist in coordinating audiovisual setups and video conferencing support;
• Responsible for assisting with Inventory Audits, by scanning, following the equipment surplus
preparation process, and accountable for accurate and timely tracking;
• Responsible for security administration (password resets);
• Install, configure, and update software;
• Participate in team projects, meetings, and assignments.
